1. Eligibility for Refund
We offer non-tangible digital services (such as design, development, branding, or content packages). Due to the nature of these services, refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
- A payment was made by mistake and the project has not been started.
- We are unable to deliver the service within the agreed timeline and you choose to cancel.
- You have not approved or received any deliverables and raise a cancellation request within 48 hours of payment.
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Work has already commenced or been delivered (even partially).
- Delays are caused due to lack of communication or delayed input from your end.
- The project is cancelled due to a change in your internal business decision or strategy.
2. No Refunds for Custom Work or Completed Projects
Once the work is delivered, or if you have approved the draft or mockup versions (whichever comes first), no refunds will be entertained. This applies to:
- Branding design
- Content writing
- UI/UX development
- Website design and development
- Any custom creative or digital solution
3. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a service before it has begun, you must inform us via email at nimbliostudios@gmail.com within 48 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellations requested after project commencement will not be accepted.
- In cases where cancellation is approved, we will deduct any applicable transaction charges or admin fees and refund the balance.
4. Processing of Refunds
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original method of payment.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us first in case of any dissatisfaction. Initiating chargebacks without contacting us will be considered a breach of agreement. We reserve the right to contest all chargebacks with sufficient evidence of service delivery.
